

Wang is double-board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine in Emergency Medicine and Emergency Medical Services. Alvin Wang is the Montgomery County Regional EMS Medical Director. She coordinates public health initiatives with Montgomery County’s first responder departments in efforts of creating a healthier and safer work environment, has developed a county-wide wellness committee across all disciplines of first responders to address needs, and is working to develop a comprehensive and accessible mental health program for all first 945-4060ĭr. Madi’s public health education along with her experience as an EMT and first responder allows her to bring a public health-centric perspective to EMS as she develops programming and works to improve existing systems. She also has served as an Ocean Rescue Lifeguard and EMT for Cape May Beach Patrol for summers since 2012. She began volunteering as an EMT at 16 for Whitemarsh Ambulance and continued working as an EMT and firefighter in South Jersey at Stone Harbor Fire Department.

Madi graduated from Drexel’s Master of Public Health program where she studied community health and preventive medicine and from the University of South Florida where she studied biomedical sciences.

Madison Sehn is the Health and Safety Specialist at the Department of Public Safety. Madison Sehn - Health and Safety Specialist Ed has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and is currently enrolled in Business Administration-Project Management Program through Columbia Southern 631-6508 Ed was previously employed by the Department of Public Safety as EMS Field Specialist. Prior to his appointment as EMS Field Specialist, Ed served as Executive Director/Chief of Lafayette Ambulance and Rescue Squad. He also assists the Montgomery County Health Department in preplanning for a major health outbreak. Ed serves as a liaison to the Department of Public Safety’s Emergency Management and Emergency Communications Divisions, assisting the former with disaster response and the latter with Emergency Medical Dispatch training for new telecommunicators and advising on issues related to EMS response. As EMS Field Specialist, Ed Martin is responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance program for the Department of Public Safety - EMS Division, facilitating complaint investigations, maintaining data for regional projects such as Ketamine for Sedation Assisted Intubation, and organizing Medical Advisory Committee Meetings.
